In a collaboration center you can pose questions to experts, read responses, and post documents for review. If an Ask Expert button is not available, it means that no experts have been assigned to the collaboration center.
To ask an expert a question:
In an open collaboration center, click Ask Expert.
From the expert list, select the option button next to the expert with whom you would like to communicate.
Click Next.
Enter a subject in the Subject box.
Enter your question in the Question box.
Click OK.
